Our standard shipping fee on all orders below £80 is 4.95 to UK Mainland; we offer free shipping on all orders of £80 and above. We also offer express shipping for faster deliveries at the cost of £8, this option can be chosen at the checkout. If you need for your sports equipment and clothing to be delivered to the Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland or Channel Islands, please contact us before placing an order, so we can provide you with the best shipping options and pricing to your region.

We are glad to say we offer international shipping worldwide. Please contact us for shipping options and pricing to your country before placing your order. Although we do not currently offer free worldwide shipping & returns, we will do our best to offer you the best price.

If you would like to return your items, you can do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please bear in mind we do not currently offer free returns, so you will need to cover return costs. Please contact us via the message button on the website or email us at info@rguideapparatus.com to let us know you would like to return your order. We will then provide you with the return shipping address. 

As soon as we receive the goods, we will let you know of the return status and issue a full refund for the returned items provided these are in resalable condition. The items you are returning must be unused/unworn with all the tags in place. Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days.

Unfortunately, currently we do not offer exchanges. However, if you received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rguideapparatus.com and we will provide a shipping address for you to send the goods to. We will do our best to replace the item quickly.
